4. We’ll create a mockup design based on your details and share it with you.

5. You can request up to 2 design revisions before final approval.
6. Once approved, choose your payment option:
- Full Prepaid Payment – Get 10% OFF
- 50% Prepaid + 50% Cash on Delivery (₹50 COD charges apply, no discount)

7. After payment, we’ll process your order and share the tracking details once dispatched.
8. Your customized T-shirt will be shipped within 2 working days.

To maintain fabric quality and print life:
- Wash inside-out using cold water
- Use mild detergent only
- Avoid bleach
- Dry on low heat or air-dry
- Iron inside-out; do not iron directly on the print

- Dispatch within 24–48 hours
- Delivery expected in 4–7 working days
- Live tracking shared after shipment
- Secure packaging for safe delivery

Since this is a customized product, returns are not accepted.
However, we offer exchanges only in genuine cases such as:
- Defective or damaged product received
- Wrong size delivered (different from what you ordered)
- Incorrect design delivered (not matching your submitted customization)

Exchange Conditions:
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Must provide unboxing video and clear photos as proof
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
