By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are created to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both you and Custom Vastra.

1. About Custom Vastra

Custom Vastra is a print-on-demand (POD) apparel brand offering:

  • Predesigned (ready-to-wear) products
  • Template-based customized products
  • Fully personalized products created by customers or with our design support

All products are made-to-order, meaning production begins only after order confirmation and, where applicable, design approval.

2. Eligibility to Use Our Services

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or using the website under adult supervision
  • The information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

3. Product Information & Display

We make every effort to display products accurately:

  • Product images, mockups, and previews are representative
  • Minor variations in colour, print placement, or finish may occur due to:
    • Screen differences
    • Lighting
    • Printing processes

Such variations are normal in print-on-demand products and do not affect product quality.

4. Customization Responsibility

For customized products:

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details carefully
  • Mockup approval (where applicable) confirms final design acceptance
  • Once approved or submitted, the design is sent for printing and cannot be changed

Custom Vastra is not responsible for:

  • Spelling or content errors approved by the customer
  • Image quality provided by the customer

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
  • For customized products, production starts only after final design approval
  • Payment options vary based on product type and customization method

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full applicable amount as displayed at checkout or communicated during customization.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Website orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation must be done via My Orders section in your account
  • Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible

Customized orders approved via WhatsApp are not eligible for cancellation, as they are printed only after customer approval.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time (printing): 1–2 working days
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 working days
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details to avoid delays.

8. Easy Exchange & Issue Resolution

We offer a 2-day easy exchange window from the date of delivery in genuine cases such as:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong size received (different from ordered)
  • Wrong design delivered (not matching the approved order)

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video and images.

9. Refunds (When Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only if we are unable to deliver or replace the product
  • Refunds are initiated after verification
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days (may vary in rare cases)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Responsibility

For COD or partial COD orders:

  • Customers are expected to accept delivery responsibly
  • Refusal or failed delivery due to customer reasons may result in:
    • Non-refund of prepaid amount
    • Additional re-shipping charges

11. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website content, designs, templates, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Custom Vastra
  • Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited

Customer-submitted designs remain the customer’s responsibility and must not violate any third-party rights.

12. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website or services
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt unauthorized access or interference

Violation may result in restricted access or order cancellation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Custom Vastra shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the product purchased

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Custom Vastra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
