1️⃣ Predesigned (Ready-to-Wear) Products
For predesigned products, customers can choose:
- Online Payment (Prepaid)
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or COD order verification.
2️⃣ Customized Products (Template-Based & WhatsApp Customization)
We offer two convenient payment options:
✅ Option 1: 100% Full Prepaid Payment (Preferred)
- Get 10% OFF on your order
- Faster processing & priority printing
- Payment completed before production starts
✅ Option 2: 50% Prepaid + COD
- 50% amount paid in advance
- Remaining 50% paid as Cash on Delivery
- ₹50 COD handling charges applicable
- No discount applicable on this option
Production begins only after prepaid amount and approval are completed.
3️⃣ Customize-Yourself Orders (Design Tool)
- Full payment is required at checkout
- Designs are printed exactly as submitted
- Orders move directly into production after payment
🧾 Payment Confirmation
- You will receive payment confirmation via:
- WhatsApp (where applicable)
- Please ensure your contact details are correct for smooth communication
🔁 Failed or Incomplete Payments
- If a payment fails or remains incomplete:
- The order will not be processed
- Customers can retry payment or place a new order
- Any amount debited but not confirmed is usually auto-reversed by the bank within a few working days
❌ COD Refusal & Delivery Issues
For COD and partial COD orders:
- If an order is refused or delivery fails due to customer reasons:
- Prepaid amount and COD charges are non-refundable
- Re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer
- We encourage customers to place orders responsibly
💸 Refunds (When Applicable)
- Refunds are processed only if we are unable to deliver or replace the product
- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days
- In rare cases, refunds may take longer due to bank or courier verification delays
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

- All transactions are handled through secure payment gateways

Once payment is successful:

- Tracking Number (after dispatch)
