At Custom Vastra, every product is printed on demand and prepared specially for you. We focus on quality, careful packaging, and timely delivery so that your experience remains smooth and satisfying.

This policy explains our shipping process, timelines, and delivery expectations in a clear and transparent manner.

🏭 Order Processing Time

Since Custom Vastra follows a print-on-demand model, products are created only after an order is confirmed.

  • Processing / Printing Time: 1–2 working days
  • Processing starts after:
    • Successful payment (COD orders are auto-confirmed after 2 hours; cancellation is allowed only within this time), and
    • Final mockup approval (for customized products)

Orders are not pre-stored, which helps us maintain freshness, uniqueness, and quality.


📦 Shipping Timeline

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–7 working days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on:
    • Location
    • Courier partner
    • Weather or regional conditions
    • Local delivery restrictions

These timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, but we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

  • We currently ship across India
  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Please ensure your address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate

Incorrect details may cause delivery delays.

Predesigned (Ready-to-Wear) Products

  • Online Payment
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customizable Products

  • 100% Full Prepaid (Get 10% OFF) - Preferred
  • 50% Prepaid + 50% COD (₹50 COD charges applicable & no discount)

Shipping is initiated only after payment and approval requirements are completed.


📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via:
    • WhatsApp
    • Email
    • SMS (if applicable)
    • You can also track orders from the Track Order page using the Order Number with registered Email/Phone or by entering the Tracking Number after dispatch.

You can track your order until delivery.


🚚 Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Customer unavailability
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept the order

The order may be returned. In such cases:

  • Re-shipping costs may apply
  • Prepaid amounts and COD charges are non-refundable

📦 Lost or Delayed Shipments

In rare cases:

  • If a shipment is delayed, we coordinate with courier partners
  • If an order is marked lost in transit, we will:
    • Initiate a replacement, or
    • Process a refund if replacement is not possible

Such actions are taken after courier confirmation.
