Cancellation Policy – Custom Vastra

At Custom Vastra, all products are created on a print-on-demand basis, which means production starts soon after an order is placed.
To keep things fair and transparent, we offer a short but clear cancellation window before printing begins.


Quick Cancellation Highlights

  • Cancellation available within 2 hours of placing the order
  • Applicable only for website orders
  • No cancellation after printing starts
  • Custom WhatsApp-approved orders are non-cancellable

Cancellation Time Window

  • Customers can cancel their order within 2 hours of placing it
  • After this time, the order automatically moves to the printing stage and cannot be cancelled

This helps us ensure fast processing and high-quality production.


🖥 How to Cancel Your Order (Website Orders)

Customers can cancel their order by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Custom Vastra account
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the order you want to cancel
  4. Click on the Cancel Order button (available for 2 hours only)

Once cancelled successfully, confirmation will be shown in your account.


Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders after the 2-hour cancellation window
  • Orders that have already entered the printing stage
  • Customized orders approved via WhatsApp
  • Orders where mockup/design approval has been provided

These products are made specifically for you, so cancellation is not possible once production begins.


💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled within the eligible time window, any prepaid amount will be refunded
  • Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days
  • In rare cases, refunds may take longer due to bank or verification delays

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.


📦 Order Status & Tracking

Customers can track their order anytime using our Track Order page by entering:

  1. Order Number + Email or Phone Number, or
  2. Tracking Number (after dispatch)

This ensures complete transparency throughout the order journey.


Important Notes

  • Cancellation is not available for customized or personalized products once approved
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that are cancelled or refused after dispatch may incur handling or shipping charges
  • Providing accurate contact and address details helps avoid delivery issues
