How do I create an account on Custom Vastra?
Creating an account is simple and optional.
- Click on Login / Sign Up on our website
- Enter your email or phone number
- Verify with OTP and your account is ready
You can also place an order as a guest, but having an account helps you track orders and manage cancellations easily.
Is it safe to shop on Custom Vastra?
Yes, absolutely. We use secure payment gateways and trusted platforms. Your personal and payment information is always protected.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can order without creating an account. However, an account makes order tracking, cancellation, and support faster.
Customization & Design
What customization options do you offer?
We offer three ways to customize your apparel:
- Template-based customization via WhatsApp
- Customize Yourself using our design tool
- Share your own design or inspiration via WhatsApp
Each option gives you flexibility based on your needs.
Will I see my design before printing?
Yes. For WhatsApp-based customization, a mockup is shared for approval. Printing starts only after you approve the final design.
Can I change the design after approval?
No. Once a design is approved or submitted, it is locked for printing and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before approval.
Orders, Processing & Delivery
How long does it take to process my order?
- Printing / Processing: 1–2 working days
- Delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently offer PAN India delivery. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct to avoid delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
You can also track your order from the Track Order page using:
- Order Number + Email/Phone, or
- Tracking Number after dispatch.
Cancellation, Exchange & Refunds
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 2 hours of placing the order (website orders only).
After this, the order moves to printing and cannot be cancelled.
Do you accept returns?
Since products are made especially for you, returns are not accepted.
However, we offer exchanges in genuine cases.
When is exchange allowed?
Exchange is available if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong size delivered (different from ordered)
- Wrong design delivered
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.
Payments & COD
What payment options are available?
- UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (COD) on selected products
For customized products, we offer:
- 100% Prepaid (10% OFF)
- 50% Prepaid + 50% COD (₹50 COD charges)
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available on eligible predesigned products and selected customized orders.
When does my order go into production?
- After successful payment
- For COD orders: automatically after 2 hours
- For customized products: after final mockup approval
