Return & Refund Policy

We offer Returns/Refunds only for the following reasons:

✅ Defective Product
✅ Wrong Size Received (different from ordered)
✅ Wrong Design Delivered (not matching the order)

Non-Returnable:
- Customized T-Shirts (as they are made-to-order)
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after dispatch

Conditions for Return:
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Must share unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue
- Product must be unused and in original condition

Refund Method:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 working days after approval.
